Charcoal and Dusty Rose Autumn Bridal Party Details

Well goodness, we sure had the most stunning bridal party ever. Or am I just biased? Either way, these charcoal and dusty rose details gave us some serious heart eyes!

Truly, I know I am biased. I think our friends are just the most good-looking group there is. And of course, they are the best people we could have possibly asked to join us on our wedding day. Brandon and I are both so grateful for our loved ones and how they supported us and made our dream wedding a reality.

When I first mentioned that I wanted blush and gray to be our wedding colors, I got a bit of push back – only because those are more commonly connected to springtime. Seeing as how our wedding was in November, I think there was an assumption that we would utilize burgundy, brown, or deep greens and blues. However, I knew what I wanted – and my groom agreed – so we decided to just choose darker versions of those colors and consider it a win.

Choosing the bridesmaid dress and groomsmen suit brands was a breeze.

A couple years back, I partnered with Azazie and received a custom-fit bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. I absolutely loved every step of the process, and knew without a shadow of a doubt that my girls would rock their gowns. I gave them the color of “dusty rose” and told them to pick whichever dress suited their style. Some of them chose to purchase a customized gown, and others were confident that the listed sizes would fit. Needless to say – they all looked spectacular. As a “bridesmaid proposal,” I gave them each a pair of druzy earrings from The Shinn Life (read more on that here). The earrings perfectly matched the dusty rose dresses!

I had heard rave reviews on The Black Tux, so Brandon and I decided to test their “at-home try-on” option. Brandon loved how easy it was and how comfortable the suit felt. We knew it was a great option for his groomsmen, since they all lived in different states. We sent them the style, and the suit rental was done in a snap. Brandon was even able to easily return his tux while on our honeymoon. Since Azazie offers ties, we gave each of the groomsmen a tie that perfectly matched the “dusty rose” color of the bridesmaid dresses. It all tied together beautifully.

Despite the initial reaction over these so-called “springtime colors” being worn for an autumn wedding, we found that they were absolutely perfect for us. I actually think they looked extra stunning against the fall foliage in our photos!

Oh I love these colors together! So beautiful. Absolutely love the mix of dresses too. I am a huge fan of that! For our wedding, the guys wore very similar suits to your guys and then custom ties in two different patterns. Then my husband wore a custom bowtie in a different pattern (stripes) and a plaid shirt. The gals wore floral dresses from asos (two different styles). Honestly, their looks were one of my favorite things about our wedding!

You all look so stunning!! I love your color combo that you did for your bridal party! My bridal party the guys wore tan suits with a lavender shirt and wine colored ties and the ladies all got to pick from J.Crew the style dress that they liked best all in the same shade of wine with blush heels. I think they all looked stunning as well.

Everyone looks so good! My son used the Black Tux for his wedding and it was really easy.
The day before the wedding we had a “pants emergency” and discovered that a groomsman didn’t pack his tux pants. The Black Tux delivered a pair on the morning of the wedding at no extra charge. It was awesome!

My daughter-in-law let her bridesmaids pick their own dresses (she gave them a color swatch) and everyone looked beautiful. The guys wore navy tuxes with coral ties and coral and navy argyle socks. The women wore coral dresses.

I just got married in October and we did Marsala, Navy and Gold. Which are typical fall colors but I loved how it all went together. I really love the colors you picked and though it was more “springtime” colors the darker shades look so good! You were a beautiful bride!

These photos came out great Stephanie! I know you said that it was untraditional to have the dusty pink color for the Autumn, but honestly, it looks stunning. Everything is so light and pretty. I’m also glad you feel like you had the best group of girlfriends by your side. I know it can be tough when it comes to wedding planning and who to really include, but it looks like you hit the jackpot. Congratulations girl!
